Social Care Service

Our Social Workers are Advanced Practitioners and registered Best Interest Assessors, we practice using a strengths-based approach. We collaboratively explore your individual abilities and circumstances, identifying what is working well in your life and what you would like more support with, helping you to reach your daily and life goals. We empower you to build on your networks and personal resilience by ensuring you and people around you are thought about throughout the process.

Our Social Workers are trained and specialise in working with neurodivergent young people and adults. They are also skilled in working with everybody in our community including those with mental health difficulties and/or learning disabilities and older adults.

Our Social Work Service offers a free 15 minute consultation for us to learn about what you need and answer any questions. Contact us to meet our friendly and reassuring team.
