Many neurodivergent people are not appropriately supported by people who don't know! Dr Sarah works in an inclusive way, that understands your neurodivergent needs and the distress and traumas i.e. bullying, isolation, exploitation, relationship challenges, misunderstandings that can come with being neurodivergent.
Sometimes therapy isn't the right support for a neurodivergent person and so we will work out the best approach for you, which could be coaching.
You are not the problem and we will work with you and the world you are in, to ensure you have a better quality of life.
