Psychology
Dr Sarah provides clinical supervision for Clinical Psychologists and counsellors/therapists. She specialises in supervision for those assessing and offering therapy to neurodivergent people and families.
We can discuss what approach will best support your needs and see whether we are a right fit. We will co-produce our supervisory agreement and review regularly to ensure you are getting everything you need from our sessions.
She is trained in a number of assessment tools to assess for Autism and ADHD. In therapy Dr Sarah is integrative using Narrative Therapy, Compassion Focussed Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Systemic Therapy.
